Sales Engineer: As a sales engineer you’ll be responsible for selling technology products to your customers. Your job may or may not involve travelling and field visit, depending upon the type of employment. However, you'll need to communicate with the clients on daily basis, irrespective of whether yours is a field job or not.

Service Engineer: Service engineers are responsible for visiting the client's location for various purposes, such as installation, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing the electrical systems, instruments or devices. You will work with electrical product manufacturers, distributors or service providers. This particular job also involves communication with the clients.

Quality Engineer: The major role of a quality engineer is to ensure that an electrical equipment or system meets quality standards and is absolutely safe to use.
